Alternative Baby Clothes Being named a brand-new "nonattainment" area for violating the standard means that metro Atlanta will have another black mark on its image, even though levels of both ozone and fine particles here have fallen in the past few years.

But the Environmental Protection Division has been trying to get that fuel here faster and has been encouraging users of diesel-dependent vehicles to use particle filters and eventually retrofit their engines so they can burn the cleaner fuel.
